PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN SABUN CAIR LIDAH BUAYA PADA KELOMPOK ASPELIYA PONTIANAK

Abstract

Aloe vera leaf as waste has benefits that have not been widely explored by the industry, including the surrounding community. Data shows that in Pontianak about 2 tons of cultivated aloe are produced every month, this also shows that the amount of unused aloe vera skin will also increase because sellers tend to only take the aloe vera contents and throw away the skin. The problems found in both partner 1 and partner 2 who are housewives so far have only made processed drinks from aloe vera by order and have a small market reach because they still rely on small stalls and product packaging is still less attractive and still conventional. This activity was carried out in the form of training in making liquid bath soap made from aloe vera skin. After the training was completed, the committee immediately distributed questionnaires to be filled out by each participant. The results of the resume from the questionnaires distributed during the training activities are as follows: 100% (all participants) answered that the material presented was in accordance with the participants' expectations and was useful and motivated the participants; Besides that, the delivery of material by the speakers is not boring. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, 94.4% (17 participants) answered that this liquid soap training motivated/provided new ideas for participants; how to make liquid soap is easy for participants to understand; good interaction between resource persons and participants; and the resource persons mastered the method of making liquid soap which he conveyed. 88.9% (16 participants) answered that the discussion/question-and-answer opportunities provided by the resource persons were not sufficient and the answers from the informants were not clear. In addition, 44.4% (10 participants) answered that the duration of the material delivered by the resource persons was insufficient or too short.
