SOSIALISASI TENTANG MANFAAT TANAMAN HERBAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN IMUNITAS TUBUH DI MASA PANDEMI COVID -19 BERSAMA KADER PUSKESMAS PAL LIMA DI KELURAHAN PAL LIMA KOTA PONTIANAK

Abstract

On March 12, 2020, WHO declared Covid-19 a pandemic. At the beginning of this corona virus entering Indonesia, there was a lot of information circulating in the community that empon-empon could cure COVID-19. The purpose of this community service activity is that real efforts are needed to socialize and educate the community, especially groups with less educational and economic backgrounds to better understand what COVID-19 is to prevent the transmission of COVID-19, as well as provide knowledge to Pal Lima Health Center Cadres. in Pal Lima Village, Pontianak City about herbal plants to increase body immunity during the covid-19 pandemic. The activity was carried out by means of a lecture method and a question and answer discussion, the activity was carried out in the Pontianak City Pal Lima Lurah Office Hall and was attended by 35 cadres of the Pontianak City Pal Lima Health Center, this activity still refers to the Covid-19 health protocol, wears masks, maintains distance and washes hands using hand sanitizer or soap. Participants were very enthusiastic in receiving the material so many asked questions that were open discussion and shared daily experiences in using herbal plants to maintain health.
