PELATIHAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBUATAN HANDSANITIZER DI DUSUN NGLARANGAN, KEBAKKRAMAT, KARANGANYAR

Abstract

Hand sanitizer is an alternative method of cleaning hands that is quite popular with the public. Behind its fairly easy and efficient use, it turns out that the use of hand sanitizers with high alcohol content and continuously can make hands dry. Therefore, it is necessary to make hand sanitizer preparations with additional moisturizing ingredients such as aloe vera . The purpose of this training in making hand sanitizer with natural ingredients that can moisturize is to optimally empower natural resources, produce their own products that can be used by themselves. In addition, hand sanitizer is a product that is much needed by the community, so it is possible to develop its production on a household industry scale to improve the economy of the Nglarangan, Kebak Village, Kebakkramat. This service activity was attended by 17 participants consisting of PKK women who represented 6 RTs in Nglarangan. Participants were very enthusiastic in participating in this activity, this was indicated by the many interactions during counseling and training. In this training, a product was produced in the form of a handsanitizer with various aromatherapy and added with moisturizers. This community service program can also be an alternative to empowering PKK cadres and become one of the solutions to efforts to improve the skills of PKK members in Nglarangan, Kebak Village, Kebakkramat.
