UTRITION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR TODDLERS THROUGH KADARZI COUNSELING AND DIVERSIFICATION OF TEMULAWAK PRODUCTS IN SIDANEGARA CILACAP DISTRICT

Abstract
Indonesia is one of the countries that has problems with disease due to malnutrition to this day. Toddlers are a group that is quite vulnerable to experiencing nutritional disorders. Physiologically, nutritional disorders will occur in toddlers and anticipation is needed to prevent nutritional disorders from continuing and causing various complications. Sidanegara Village is one of the Villages in Central Cilacap District where there is still a problem of malnutrition among toddlers. The aim of this community service activity is to increase understanding of nutrition and the ability of the people of Sidanegara Subdistrict to diversify ginger products with innovations developed to increase appetite and increase the weight of malnourished toddlers and healthy children in general to improve the nutritional status of toddlers. The objectives of this community service activity are: 1) Increasing public knowledge about Nutrition in Toddlers, 2) Increasing the Nutritional Status of Toddlers and reducing BGM numbers in toddlers, 3) Increasing community knowledge of diversifying ginger products as an innovative product as an alternative additional food with its nutritional content, 4 ) The ability of the community to process the diversification of ginger products. The results achieved in community service have achieved the target, namely that cadres gain knowledge about toddler nutrition, the use of ginger and how to make/process ginger as a diversification of ginger products such as pudding, pudot, chocolate and ginger juice candy and cadres can understand the results through the pocket book that has been given. by the Devotion team
